New Year Prayer Service
The New Year Prayer Service at LIBA commenced with a symbolic procession on 8th January 2024. Dignitaries and student office bearers, holding saplings, marched into the auditorium, signifying the fresh beginning and growth potential of the new year. After the prayer for dispositions by YNM Aasini of F22, the LIBA choir then set the tone for reflection with a beautiful prayer song, followed by a prayer of petitions read by Michelle Veronica Rajkumar of F22. A key highlight of the event was the collective watering of the saplings, marking a shared commitment to nurturing and fostering positive change. Rev. Fr. C. Joe Arun, Director, LIBA, then delivered a poignant address, invoking blessings for the year ahead and reminding students of the importance of faith, resilience, and focus on pursuing their ambitions with purpose. Prof. P.C. Lakshmi Narayanan, Dean-Academics, offered valuable academic guidance to the students. He outlined key strategies for success and encouraged them to approach their studies with dedication and a clear vision. This event promoted values of hope, gratitude, and personal growth among students.
