Operational Excellence Program (OEP-2)

The Operational Excellence Program (OEP-2), conducted by the Centre for Logistics & Supply Chain Management at LIBA on 6th August 2025, featured Ms. Nandhini Narasimman, who drew on her rich experience in marketing and operations to illustrate how businesses can blend traditional retail with modern e-commerce strategies.
