Ops Excellence Series – Session 01

The Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management organised the Ops Excellence Series – Session 01 on 18^th July 2024 which aimed to foster deeper knowledge and industry connections in logistics and supply chain management. Led by Mr. Naveen Kolathur, COO of Driver Logistics with over 20 years of experience, the session focused on foundational concepts in operations management. Participants gained insights into functional departments within organizations, the significance of operations management, and logistics’ role. The series facilitated participants’ understanding of industry dynamics and fundamental operations management concepts, enhancing their readiness for the field.
