‘Rite de Passage’ – Orientation Programme for F24 batch and Outbound Training
An Orientation Programme called ‘Rite de Passage’ (Rites of Passage) was conducted on 17th-18th June for the fresh batch ‘F24. In this rite of passage, all the students were initiated into the Jesuit character of business education and the campus culture of LIBA. As part of the initiation process students were taken to Esthell, Thirukazhukundram, for a two-day residential transformative Outbound Training, where they honed essential life skills such as teamwork, leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving. Specially curated activities on a variety of stimulating challenges and exercises were scheduled for them to discover the power of collaboration and resourcefulness. The brainchild of Fr. Director this program aimed to mould the character of LIBA’s new batch of students aligning them to LIBA’s core values by channelling their emotions and aspirations.
