Staff Development Program: Soft Skills

On 10^th November 2023, an upskilling session was held at Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. The session focused on enhancement of soft skills, led by Dr. R. Deepa, who placed a particular emphasis on the significance of cultivating strong leadership and teamwork abilities. During the session, participants actively engaged in a thoughtfully designed activity that provided a practical approach to understanding the intricacies of leadership and teamwork. This session was for the staff, and its primary goal was to assess the staff’s competencies, identify any skill gaps, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their abilities for cross-functional and self-management teams.
