Upskilling programme on Hospitality Management
As part of our Upskilling Staff Development Programme, LIBA held a mandatory training session on Hospitality Management for all Maintenance staff on 9th August 2024. Conducted by an industry expert, the session aimed to provide staff with essential skills in delivering exceptional service, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment. Key topics included food service techniques, room maintenance, and best practices in guest interaction. This training is a strategic move towards fostering continuous improvement and excellence, with the expectation of significant benefits for both our staff and the institution.
