Great Sales Debate #9

The 9th edition of the Great Sales Debate 2024-2025, organized by the Markit Club of LIBA in collaboration with the Centre for Sales Excellence (CSE), was held on 28th February 2025, at Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. “Group Projects: Collaborative Dream or Shared Nightmare?”, – the topic explored the dynamics of teamwork, highlighting both the benefits and challenges of collaborative work. Moderated by Mr. Jerome Eliezer, Manager – Lending Data Analytics, Shriram Finance Limited, the event provided a platform for engaging discussions that resonated with real-world experiences, encouraging students to reflect on teamwork in academic and professional settings. The debate not only fostered critical thinking and communication skills but also underscored the importance of handling different personalities, resolving conflicts, and developing leadership skills in group projects, ultimately promoting a more positive and strategic approach to future collaboration.
