Rite de Passage – Orientation Program of F25 batch
LIBA welcomed the incoming PGDM (Full-Time) F25 batch through its signature orientation program, Rite de Passage, held on the 9th and 10th of June 2025. The event was designed to introduce new students to the academic environment, ethos, and opportunities at LIBA, while fostering a sense of belonging and excitement for the journey ahead. Director, Fr. Joe Arun SJ delivered a keynote speech on the theme “Creating Your Tomorrow”. This year, the experience was elevated by the accompaniment of the Centre for Leadership Excellence (CLE), who are actively engaged in nurturing tomorrow’s leaders. Inspiring addresses from the Dean of Academics, Associate Director and key faculty members followed setting the tone for the student’s transformative journey. Students were exposed to LIBA’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the library, classrooms, labs, and wellness resources. Detailed sessions on curriculum, academic expectations, and support services provided clarity on the path ahead. Presentations by various student clubs and centres showcased the vibrant campus culture and encouraged active participation. Alumni shared their experiences, offering valuable insights and motivation to the new batch. The Rite de Passage orientation program was a resounding success, setting the stage for the F25 batch to thrive at LIBA.
