Overview

Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross started her career with Apollo Hospitals, Chennai as an MHC Coordinator. She then worked with Global Hospitals and Health City, Chennai as a Lab and ICU Manager. After completing her M. Phil and Ph. D with distinction in full-time, she started her career as management faculty in Saveetha University and the moved to B S A Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. She also holds a PG Diploma in Medical Legal Systems. Her research works have been published in Scopus indexed Journals. She is also a rank holder at her M.Phil level. She has guided many post graduate research projects.

She is currently an Assistant Professor at LIBA in the Healthcare Management area. Her teaching and research areas includes Healthcare Marketing, Health Information Systems, Medical Legal Systems, International Patient Services and Patients’ rights and Responsibilities.

Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross holds a PhD and MPhil in Management, with 6 years of teaching experience and 1 year of industry experience at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. Specializing in management, she has authored two books and published multiple research papers in Scopus-indexed journals. Additionally, she has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Medicolegal Systems, further enhancing their multidisciplinary expertise. Her prominent interest includes, organizational politics, employee engagement, healthcare management and health information systems.
