Dr Joseph Francis. J  has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore. Also, he has obtained his MBA from Pondicherry University. He was awarded Ph.D by Anna University, Chennai for his thesis titled “Modeling the relationship between Productivity, Use of Technology and Service Quality among Indian Airline Service Providers”. He is also a certified Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institute, USA.
