Dr.  Joseph Francis J, Assistant Professor, specializes in Operations Management. He has done his B.E.  from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore and his M.B.A. from Pondicherry University. He obtained his Ph.D in Management Sciences from Anna University, Chennai. His areas of interest in teaching are Quantitative techniques, Operations Management, Project Management  and Manufacturing Planning &  Control. He is professional member of the Project Management Institute, USA, American Production and Inventory Control Society, USA and American Society for Quality.

His current areas of interest in research are in Project Management and Advanced optimization techniques  for managerial decisions. The book  titled “ Business Statistics” authored by him and  published by Cengage is used as a textbook by many business schools across the country.
