Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross

Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management & HR

QUALIFICATION & SPECIALIZATION : MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management), PG Diploma in Medical Legal Systems, M. Phil, Ph.D (Full time).

Experience in Years – Teaching/Practice/Industry/Research: 3 Years of Teaching Experience/ 3 Years of Research/ 1.5 Years of Industry experience.

Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross started her career with Apollo Hospitals, Chennai as an MHC Coordinator. She then worked with Global Hospitals and Health City, Chennai as a Lab and ICU Manager. After completing her M. Phil and Ph. D with distinction in full-time, she started her career as management faculty in Saveetha University and the moved to B S A Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. She also holds a PG Diploma in Medical Legal Systems. Her research works have been published in Scopus indexed Journals. She is also a rank holder at her M.Phil level. She has guided many post graduate research projects.

She is currently an Assistant Professor at LIBA in the Healthcare Management area. Her teaching and research areas includes Healthcare Marketing, Health Information Systems, Medical Legal Systems, International Patient Services and Patients’ rights and Responsibilities.

Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross was awarded her Ph. D (full time) in the area of Healthcare Management by VIT University in 2018. She has completed M. Phil (full time) from Vels University. She has pursued PG Diploma in Medical Legal Systems from Symbiosis University. She has completed her MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management) from SRM University, Kattankulathur in 2012.
